Scott G. Sink, a former vice president of utility insurance firm Alexander & Alexander, has led the energy division for McGriff, Seibels & Williams as senior executive vice president for nearly 25 years. In addition to receiving the McGriff Cup five times for his performance, Scott G. Sink actively attends professional conferences throughout the year, including the Risk & Insurance Managers Society (RIMS) annual conference.
RIMS is the largest advocacy organization for professionals in the global risk management sector. It addition to educational and professional development opportunities, RIMS hosts multiple conferences and events around the country and internationally that bring together thousands of experts in the risk management industry.
The RIMS Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Conference will take place over two days in October in Montreal. The conference will address risk management in a range of areas, including employee health and wellness, the future of automation and digitization in ERM, and strategic decision making.
Over a dozen senior executives from the private and public sectors are expected to speak at the conference. Attendees will also have access to practical workshops and training sessions.
